To achieve the project goals we have structured the project in 2 main phases: Management & Dissemination; and Implementation.
Project Management activities will ensure efficient management at both administrative and technical levels. In particular this includes the following aims:
– To ensure the integration of all activities;
– To keep control of internal monitoring and evaluation mechanisms;
– To define detailed action plans during the overall project;
– To handle all administrative and financial procedures including, the Consortium Agreement, technical and financial reporting etc.
To execute the aims above we have planned to have 5 transnational meetings in every 6 months.
The dissemination activities are previewed along with the Management activities. The dissemination will begin right from the beginning of the project, therefore the Dissemination activities will have 30month period, in all countries of the partnership involved with the following aims:
– To raise the awareness among potential users at regional, national and European level;
– To disseminate the project in educational systems and academic community to raise the awareness for new ways of learning;
– To disseminate and exchange best practices on new approaches of learning.
The implementation activities are related to the 7 Intellectual Outputs to be developed whithin the project.
The IOs were set having in mind that each IO should be associated to a tangible result. Further to this, the timetable of each IO was established having in mind the dependencies between activities and results accomplished. This means that the results coming from the IO1 will set the basis for the work establish in the IO2 and IO3. Concerning IO3 – Educational Resources and Curricula, this will be a milestone of the project, meaning that if we cannot establish the educational path the upcoming activities cannot take place because there is no result that can support them.
In IO4 – Tutorials for Career Advisors and Teachers, the activities related are all about the definition of a tutorial that can help teachers to give training on LEARN2WORK methodology and in a separated work we will need to establish also a guidance to help career advisors to understand the benefits of LEARN2WORK methodology and spread it along the target audience.
In IO5 – Analysis Report with Results of the Pilot Sessions, we will monitor the pilots and then involve the stakeholders that were close to the pilot implementation in a way that can provide their feedback and improve the training path established.
The IO6 is an important result since in it we will develop a Quality Management Plan and this document and procedures will be active along all project duration to compare the initial results expected and the results accomplished during the execution. This Output will have a close contact with the management activities.
Finally in terms of Implementation, we have the “O7 – Guidelines to scale-up LEARN2WORK methodology across regions (Exploitation Agreement)” that will be a document establishing the rules for the project sustainability in the future, namely the Exploitation Plan. This Output will be the warranty that all partners are committed to the project exploitation after the end of the financing from ERASMUS+, and even we will try to transfer it to other business activities rather than the footwear sector.
